This document is developed through the careful review of your provided project drawings or a site visit, field measurements, and investigation, or all the above depending on the size and scope of your project. For some clients, with simpler projects, this step provides ample information to get your project under contract and moving forward. For larger more complex projects, we can take your existing design drawings or pair you with one of our partner design teams.
For larger projects we offer a pre-construction agreement where, for a small fee, we request project-specific quotes from the various specialty subcontractors and material suppliers.
Once all the numbers are assembled for all the required trades, Bicknell Builds will present a construction budget. This pre-construction budget is an accurate and thorough assessment of what your project will cost and is a critical step in reducing the potential for cost overruns, especially on larger projects.
