“Bicknell Builds is a very talented and high quality contractor. This is the second project I have hired them to execute. In this case: glass partitions, a glass pivot door, and a new borrowed-light interior window were added to an existing condo. Because this was a remodel, Bicknell had to work with existing walls and beam conditions that were not plumb or level, yet the glass system was fully square. Bicknell recommended using reveals on each side that could be scribed to the wall and would allow them to fix the existing surface imperfections. Excellent result! And they completed the Project for less than the contract estimate, which is always a happy ending.”

“I have used Bicknell Builds on three bathroom remodels on our primary residence and on a rental property. They were great in looking at the projects, suggesting design ideas and then performing the work on time and budget. At the rental house, timing was very important as we had to displace the tenants while the work was performed. Bicknell Builds worked long days and over the weekend to complete the work as fast as possible and it came out great. During the demolition, we discovered some wood rot and other issues, but these were quickly resolved and still completed on time. Would highly recommend this contractor.”

This took several follow-up visits and some real ingenuity on Chris’ part to actually find what the problem was.
